To enhance visibility and workflow tracking, I worked with cross-functional teams to develop a ground-breaking dashboard. Another noteworthy achievement from my early career includes capturing $200K in potential losses at Triad business Solutions by remediating a payroll system migration disaster and providing communicative support to one of the most prominent clients. Also, at Detroit Lime, I negotiated with a customer and a trucking company to increase weekly loads from one to >14, springboarding revenue from that customer by 600+%.
