As a School Based Technology Specialist, my primary goal is to support all areas of instruction and to coach teachers how to use technology most effectively.

• Lead a variety of differentiated technology training for teachers and school staff to support instruction and productivity through hands-on group training sessions and individual sessions.
• Assess current and future needs of students and staff to develop a plan for technology training.
• Support teachers in developing Blackboard sites to encourage communication with parents and students.
• Support school staff in implementing technology into their classroom.

• Maintain, troubleshoot and fix school software and hardware issues.
