I performed a database audit of billing and other related tables.  This included updating data fields and client relationships, inserting new observations, and validating client setups and prices in the database.

Database Management Intern

As part of my Master of Science in Business Analytics, I used FreshDesk data to find insights on the FormFree customer service team and clients in a capstone project.  This included building tables using SQL queries, creating a data model in Power BI, and reporting these metrics and insights.  The final deliverables included a PowerBI dashboard and a report with identified KPIs.

Analytics Consultant (MSBA Capstone Project)

University of Georgia

•	Collected and compiled agricultural production value data on 80 commodities from 159 Georgia counties for annual Farm Gate Value Report used by producers, educators, and decision makers around the state
•	Trained over 150 state extension agents on operating Farm Gate Value Report website
•	Launched Farm Gate Value Report in collaboration with Clemson University, including training of 100 extension agents 
•	Evaluated feasibility of various projects including Georgia Organic’s 5 Million Meals Program, the wine industry in Georgia, a community kitchen, and a 3,000 hive honey operations resulting in clients starting and expanding business, receiving federal grants, and increasing revenues 
•	Facilitated Flavor of Georgia food product contest operations and coordinated judging between 34 business annually, resulting in businesses gaining an additional $3 million in sales

•	Facilitated high and low ropes courses to over 800 campers
•	Planned daily games and initiatives for a cabin of 20 campers 
•	Facilitated presentations of Native American folklore and crafts to over 2400 campers
