➜ May 2023: Account Hub launched with a mini marketing 'lightning strike.'
➜ March 2023: Launched Relationship Explorer in market. Our next 'Lightning Strike' rolled out globally over a 24-hour period, encompassing an event & exhibition at Dreamforce World Tour in Sydney, Australia, a live stream panel session, 3 recorded sessions, a headshot booth, & a luxury yacht tour around Sydney Harbor at sunset. Other initiatives happened simultaneously globally: global social campaign, media placements, WSJ print ad & digital articles, deep sales exec events (100% show rate w. $70M in influenced business), thought leadership rollout inclusive of an eBook, podcast, case studies & webinars. 
- We released our Deep Sales Advantage eBook & the first episode of the LinkedIn deep sales podcast from our new Thought Leadership franchise. I worked closely w. the teams on both, including w. Insights/research, & learned how to produce a podcast from scratch.

➜ $1M+ Deep Sales category launch for Sales Navigator, September 2022 - ramped & globally launched a new product category for our sales intelligence software within 7 weeks of onboarding. This encompassed the LinkedIn Studio at Dreamforce, content planning (live panels, recorded webinars and sessions), WSJ ad wraps and NASDAQ Times Square activations, taxi toppers and building projections in NY & SF, and paid media placements in HBR, Forbes, and other global media. 
➜ Unaided brand awareness rose 3 points as of October 2022. 
➜ Continued the global rollout through December 2022, with a concentrated 'lightning strike' in NY, Chicago, and San Francisco, including executive events and more media placements in WSJ, Raconteur, etc.

Managed all Operations projects under the Manufacturing and Packaging umbrella. Championed the change management process. Led complete project life cycle from initiation to close, including project charter approval, defining scope and risks, and implementing change controls while working cross functionally with Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering teams. Reviewed, updated, and retired SOPs as necessary to ensure all were GMP/GDP compliant. I also analyzed, monitored, and reported weekly on cycle time and drafted NOIs (Notice of Investigation) in conjunction with the technical writing team.

➜ Helped transition operations from San Francisco to NYC, replacing a team of over 50+ designers, PMs, & copywriters to two PMs & a coordinator (working w.an outside agency team of 6); moving locations & changing business models required an implementation of systems/processes as though brand new, including the establishment of a RACI & an end to end timeline that encompassed all creative needs. 
➜Streamlined project management process through redesign of brand logo and packaging, shifting to a clean beauty/sustainability focus. 
➜Worked on Made-2-Fit packaging for Matchco technology that matched foundation to skintone. 

As one of a two-person team, I was responsible for developing the primary & secondary artwork packaging for the entire global region, averaging 2.000+ released artwork files annually, including ongoing annual programs. My team was under the creative umbrella that included social, visual merchandising, design, & copywriting. My role required strong marketing strategy, copy editing, project management, & brand management experience. I regularly interfaced with our Legal & Regulatory teams for approval to ensure copy & ingredient listings were correct & within legal parameters based on the country of origin. I co-managed our outside creative agency for production & design ideation and oversaw a creative coordinator. I worked cross functionally with Brand/Marketing, Product Development, & Packaging Engineering across the Color, Promo/Kits, Complexion, and Skincare categories to efficiently task and manage creative project needs and deliverables (including artwork routing and approvals on Workfront ProofHQ to stay within budget/limited rounds). I also traveled to printers and manufacturers as a Global Creative packaging representative on press for most A-level launches.
