Over time, this results in deep, and wide, customer data, trends, action items, and customer quotes, along with an NPS score they can use for benchmarking against others in their industry.  

Our process is rooted to a customer-focused questioning strategy tailored to the client's business goals. It results in both qualitative and quantitative feedback, including standard metrics such as Customer Effort, Customer Satisfaction, and Net Promoter. And we ask the very important “why” follow-up question that is often left out and yields some of the most impactful information we gather. 

A pilot program is our starting point, using questions we've design together with our clients. It results in a low cost entry point so our clients can be confident our process works for them before moving forward.
