Proposales ™ is the modern way for hoteliers to send quotes. 

- Created Lead Generation strategy and was responsible for x amount of monthly demos. Leading us to attribute 50% of our revenue growth to inbound between 2021- 2022.

- Creating our Linkedin Ad and Google Ads machinery, managing 3-4MSEK spend a year.

- Responsible for setup and workflow automation of our CRM and marketing tools (Hubspot, Ahrefs, Canva). 

- Managed projects across Sales, Marketing, and Product to attack where we have the lowest hanging fruit.

Helped Semcon's different divisions to sharpen their sales approach and explore new territories within their markets. This involved doing actual outbound sales, but also to help them explore a modern tech-stack for sales and growth efforts.

- Set the foundation of our marketing framework. Including lead-gen strategy, coding of the website, graphical profile, online marketing campaigns, design of booth stand, and other material.

- Created our digital sales structure, including the setup of CRM and automation.

-Was personally involved and lead most of the deals that took us from 0 to 150+ clients

-Recruited, coached, and led our remote and international B2B sales team. Locations in Munich, Paris, and
Johannesburg.

Commercial Director

Halon

As a part of Halon, I was responsible for the commercial strategy to further commercialize and realize Halon's vision.

I have built and simplified the sales structure from scratch and also started and recruited dedicated sales managers to my team of five. In 2017, we managed to increase the sales of Halon by roughly 90% from a historical average of 10-20% in growth.

WideOrbit

Worked with technically complex software sales (ad-tech) towards large media houses and publishers at an executive level, operating the whole sales process from strategic planning, prospecting, sales, and finally, account management. 

I am experienced working with sales in many regions, including the Nordics, Eastern Europe, and APAC. My day-to-day activities also include education towards the top brands and publishers in the industry.

Alongside my studies in the field of management, I got the opportunity to run a student-driven marketing agency called HandelsMarketing.

During my year, my colleagues and I managed to: 
Advance from a year with loss and red numbers to a year with a profit margin at around 30%

Increased turnover by 264% and sales by 283% with the same amount of employees compared to the year before.

Developed our employer brand: we went from getting around 5-10 applications in every recruiting process to about 40+ applications.

Brought in and developed the field "Web Development" which today still stands for 1/2 of 2016's turnover
