- Identify individual training and development needs, and support team members' professional growth. 
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within the HR and recruitment functions 
- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-training among team members to build a versatile and skilled workforce. 
Recruitment 
 - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 
- Collaborate with department leads to understand their staffing needs. 
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
- Searching for candidates (search for resumes matching the job requisition requirements) 
resources: LinkedIn, job sites; Google Boolean and x-Ray search and other tools. 
 HR 
 - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts. 
- Mediate and resolve workplace issues. 
- Сarrying out: team building, corporate events, 1to1, onboarding, offboarding.
- Introduction of a bonus system.
