I am grateful everyday for the work that I do and energized by helping people develop their potential. When I was in college studying Electrical Engineering, I never could have imagined a path leading me to be a leadership and mindfulness coach. I started programming and creating computer based systems. Now I explore how humans are wired and what makes them tick. I combine my discipline, creativity, analytical rigor and intuition to clarify their vision and align their actions to create the best probability of success. As a corporate consultant I discovered that the best part of my job was working with people to help them grow. I loved watching them transform and take on new challenges. I treasured knowing I was part of their solution. When I found coaching, it created a bridge for me to connect and utilize diverse parts of my life experience. Early on, years of martial arts taught me to connect with myself and developed my leadership skills. My engineering background honed my analytical thinking while working in the corporate world broadened my perspective and deepened my insight into problem solving and human development approaches. Coaching itself has deepened my empathy for the challenges we face on our journeys and clarified my commitment to use all of my skills (and passion) to empower people to create inspired and successful lives.
