I am very curious about life and how we can be better each day. Personally, I think self-awareness is the key to understanding who you are and what you want to do. With that information, you can make decisions based on what you actually want. I am a big believer that if you know what you want and have a strong why, then the results will come. I understood very quickly that sales is a skill you need everywhere, whether you have to sell your business idea, sell yourself in a job interview, or even sell yourself on the idea of why you need to go to the gym. Sales can be the hardest and most rewarding experience at the same time. Selling books door-to-door has taught me how to work hard, adapt quickly, and manage my emotions. That is why I am always looking to put myself out of my comfort zone and take on new challenges to help me grow as a person. Being highly analytical, I learned that I love numbers — not just the numbers themselves, but seeing what they can reveal to help us make better decisions. Analyzing data in SQL and Excel and visualizing it in Tableau or PowerBI has taught me so much. While there are times when decisions can be based on gut feeling, there are many situations where analyzing data allows us to make informed decisions and assess projects more effectively.
