I very recently founded my new organisation Love From as a result of how transformative my own experience of living alcohol-free has been. Love From is first and foremost a hospitality venue that offers an opportunity for people to go to a bar and have a great time, minus the booze - it’s that simple! In addition to being a venue, we aspire to be the go-to alcohol-free brand that motivates and builds community by challenging social norms that alcohol is needed to have a good time. In addition to this I am a"People Expert' with a career spanning 15 years in all things people/HR. Having worked at Global Director level, leading large scale culture projects, I am well versed in what it takes to build people strategy that sticks and isn't just a tick-box exercise. I am also super keen to influence how my new venture in the alcohol-free space can be applied in a workplace setting.
