As Client Services Director, I am expected to be a leader across the business; bringing the voice of the customer to our processes and proposition and working across the Consultancy, BA, UX, Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure we are working with our clients as partners and delivering in the most appropriate manner for satisfaction and deeper relationships.

On a day to day basis I help our clients understand what is possible across apps and the web and, most importantly, what is suitable for their specific scenario. I hold a deep understanding of what every one of our clients is trying to achieve commercially, and impart that knowledge to the consultancy and business analysis teams so that we can shape solutions around the client’s context. Applying my experience across UX, digital and enterprise, I work tirelessly to ensure true partnership between our internal teams and our clients. I get a real kick out of helping clients shape their digital strategy, defining and delivering a prioritised roadmap of products and measure the impact of digital projects against specific KPIs. 

Mubaloo is an award-winning enterprise mobile consultancy and app developer. Mubaloo helps businesses explore the opportunities for mobility, establish strategic frameworks and roadmaps; delivering an end-to-end design, development and integration service.

I formed Make Design Enjoy (MDE) after wanting to work with bigger and better brands I took the plunge and setup the company from the spare room, winning a five figure deal with a FTSE 100 company within three months. Over 5 years we grew out of the spare room, and developed an offering which focused an integrated agency output towards manufacturing and technology brands. As a designer, and into a Creative Director role I grew the business up to 5 people and delivered projects with great commercial success through Europe and the Middle East for Medium to Large companies across Energy, Publishing, Retail and Consultancy.
