Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. Here's a little bit about me, and my passion. I build bridges, connecting the disparate cultures of the clinical and IT worlds, to improve patient care. My HIT technical, clinical and Project Management skill set is broad and current, and has expanded through extensive hands-on experience in the development and improvement of Clinical IT/Informatics applications, procedures, policies and workflows for RIS, PACS, CPACS, Modalities, advanced visualization and Voice Recognition Reporting applications. Extensive RIS, PACS, EHR, Modality, Clinical application system and integration testing with DICOM system testing and troubleshooting tools. Conducted many At-the-Elbow Radiologist and Technologist training sessions supporting Go Live events; Implementation, administration and usage of Radiology applications; system integration testing/validation; Clinical Product Management experience from requirements to implementation and evaluation. Worked with customers, management and multi-disciplinary teams to define the platform’s product strategy. Managed customer escalations by reviewing issues, working with CCB team in their investigations, regular status updates (and calls) to customers, and setting appropriate expectations with customer and Support teams.
