Content Marketer

As Head of Marketing at Draftit AB, I am in charge of all marketing efforts including content, SEO, social media and SEM. The marketing team also serves Draftit with a wide variety of information material - from guides to instruction videos, we keep our websites up to par (more like birdie!), and of course we're involved in the planning of our events. My job is to make sure our marketing efforts are evenly distributed within the organisation, prioritizing efforts with high market value. I am also the creative agent in our team, supplying Draftit with a strong graphic profile and tone.

Head of Marketing

My main focus is to increase Draftit's presence among current and potential customers.  I mainly spend my time writing articles about legal aspects within HR, Salary & Taxation, and School legislation - always optimized with SEO and conversation rates in mind. Other common tasks are: 

- Writing and designing white papers (PDF's) using InDesign. (See example in link below). 
- Responsible for our social media channels such as LinkedIn and Twitter. 
- Responsible for our news letters to each customer segment. 
- Updating on our websites in EpiServer and Wordpress.
- Planning my work through quarterly editorial plans. 
- Assisting my collegues with image editing using Adobes Photoshop and Illustrator. 
- Writing and creating product information for eg. our sales team. 
- In-house seminars for Draftit employees about eg. Google Analytics and Social Selling. 
- Continously revising my output using Google Analytics and other statistics to make sure our content always generate something of value. 

Last, but not the least, I always keep an eye on possible improvements on our websites regarding conversation rates, user experience, and a consistant tone of voice in our external communication channels.

Insightlab

I am part of building the brand and knowledge about Insight Lab - an online HR Laboratorium - through content marketing efforts. Trends and inspiration within the field of HR is combined with the newest research from scientists and organisations from all over the world. Being an Insighter creates an outlet for my inner research nerd in one of the most interesting fields: Motivation, employee experience and management.

Draftit Privacy became a company of it's own, now separated from Draftit AB. My mission is to establish Draftit Privacy as a brand, partly through an impactful presence in social media. With a growing international presence, writing blue prints for white papers and creating a strategy for the content on our websites, has also been an important part of the work.
