•Responsible for the entire lifecycle recruiting process of attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates
•Market resumes to clients, carefully taking into consideration the scope of the position and company culture
•Acts as the main source of communication between candidates and clients/hiring managers; from securing the job order, through an offer being made (i.e. compensation, benefits, negotiations) and accepted, to questions/concerns following a placement
•Works with hiring managers to discuss job requirements and qualifications and conducts regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

If there is anyone at your Thanksgiving table tomorrow who has been unemployed for some time, please be kind.

Don't say things like:
"You’re still unemployed?"
"Didn’t you get laid off in April?"
"Are you even applying and interviewing?"

The job market is incredibly tough right now, and I know many very qualified and smart people who are still searching, even though they are doing everything right.

Either offer them sympathy by saying that YOU know it is a tough market or just mind your own business. 🫠 

I know there are so many people who feel embarrassed and ashamed that they are still unemployed, so do not make it worse.

PS: There is also no reason to feel that way. Hopefully, the last month of the year will bring you some good news! 🙏
