	Prepare a defined action plan to close the requirement within timelines.
	Handle Mass Recruitment Drives / Mega Walk-ins as per the need.
	Extensive experience in Vendor Management & Stakeholder management.
	Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.  
	Identifying and closing on the interview loop / process from Delivery Manager.
	Coordinating with the interviewers (Hiring Manager) for the feedback of the interview and making sure that the interviewers and the candidate are on the same page.
	Negotiating and closing Offers across the level. 
	Mentoring and supervising junior team members.
	To keep the candidate warm and informed around the updates and the coordination.
	Providing Daily and Weekly reports on the Recruitment status to Reporting Manager.
