Data Center Network Operations (Internal, External, & Between)
•	Communicate effectively with all levels of customer/staff/vendor, both written & orally
•	Support, configure and troubleshoot DC related technologies, including VLAN, VRF, IPv4 routing & multicast, MTU, and ACL for de/commission network services/performance on existing systems with operational standards & utmost caution in a timely and efficient manner
•	Install, config, & manage firewall local policies, anti-spoofing protection, routing, and NAT to enable data flow ensuring successful end-to-end application delivery
•	Issue identification, mitigation, resolution, root cause analysis, & post incident/problem management as well as being proactive in identifying & preventing potential incident
•	Liaise with customer, staff/colleague, & vendors' technical support in answering queries, resolving service issues, & taking part in conference calls when necessary in a timely and professional manner
•	Participate in automation ios upgrade & standardization project of over 600+ N5K pairs
•	LAN Representative for Change Advisory Board meetings with other business units to clarify and to provide justification for Changes
•	Review Changes before implementation to reduce errors, conflict, complication, undermined calculated risk
•	Track change statistics to evaluate performance/efficacy of protocols/tools
