* Responsible for designing & running enablement programs that demonstrate the value prop of GTM 
Partners' services.
* The bridge between marketing and sales; tailor our services to meet the needs of specific industries, segments, and audiences. Create the high-quality decks, emails, assets, plays, etc. our revenue teams use with prospects and customers
* Responsible for improving metrics like awareness, win rate, pipeline, cross-sell revenue, and customer retention. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to influence future product and pricing initiatives
* Bring all teams together to focus on actionable programs that drive revenue growth. Develop scalable and repeatable processes & internal comms to sellers
* Be a spokesperson, evangelist, and thought leader with prospects, customers, and partners. Work with leaders to create executive-level presentations
* Drive the strategy, execution, and return on investment of live, virtual and conferences
* Create key strategies for scalability of events management, including event tier structures and deliverables by tier, efficiencies in event management strategies, tools to enable the team.
* Mentor and guide one event team member in event strategy, management, and creative delivery best practices and with clear direction and focus on the roles and responsibilities set to achieve strategic targets and metrics.
* Plan, manage, execute, and optimize events programs from beginning to end. This includes defining key checkpoints, deadlines, dependencies, budgets, objectives, and evaluating performance. Identify all resources and related tasks that need to be completed to execute an event, and then proactively coordinate with the appropriate internal team members, external partners, and/or contractors as needed.
