I am a dynamic and passionate Marine Engineer, holding a valid CDC issued by the Government of India, with comprehensive qualifications in both basic and advanced STCW certifications from the Directorate General of Shipping. My expertise spans across the maritime industry, including the calculation of EEXI and the preparation of technical files for leading shipping companies. I am committed to driving the green transition within maritime operations, contributing to a sustainable and innovative future for the industry. With a strong background in technical research and analysis, my work encompasses a wide range of projects, including bunkering feasibility studies, the forecasting of LNG, methanol, and ammonia in shipping, and the development of alternative fuels. Additionally, I have experience in conducting root cause analyses of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and I specialize in operational health and safety management, port safety management, Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), and Safety Management Systems (SMS). I have proudly contributed to Alternative Fuels Insight by DNV and currently serve as a key contributor to the World Fleet Register by Clarkson’s Research. In line with my dedication to future-forward solutions, I have been deeply engaged in research on fuel cells (PEM & SOFC) and have developed an SOFC-powered self-propelled barge during my academic journey.
