Here, I promoted, relocated mid-fiscal, and was tasked with boosting performance in the Twin Cities Market as a front-line sales leader in Small Business Services, guaranteeing results of 10 District Managers selling ADP RUN HR and payroll SaaS technology.  I executed change management, ramping new hires and underperformers, and rejuvenating internal relationships, expertly building internal partnerships.
