I’m Kasey, founder of Rooting For You, a Life Coaching and Mentorship service rooted in Holistic practices. I have spent the last 10 years working in public education as a high school teacher, teaching an array of courses all under the umbrella of Family and Consumer Sciences (best known as Life Skills.) I am passionate about mental health, women’s health, and self-advocacy. From 2015 to 2022, I received 9 different chronic illness diagnoses. Through my healing journey and experiences in Public Education, I realized there was a need for more support services within and outside of my community. Due to personally experiencing this lack of support, a desire grew in me to aid others through their own healing journeys. So I created a business. In the classroom, I lead with a servant’s heart. It is my goal to continue leading, serving, and guiding others, just on a different platform. I am so pleased to be blooming into this new role of service to my community. Im rooting for you!
