 Meet or exceed service standards with an aim to customer delight along following parameters as per laid down bench mark figures of SQ indicators for Branches.
 Resolve customer issues/complaints and escalate to CSM/ARM’s if unresolved by self
 Assist ARM’s and CSM in managing administrative work, customer letters, etc.
 Ensure that posters, tabletops and brochures are valid and that no expired material is displayed in the unit.
 Ensure the lists of customers provided are informed to submit their renewed trade license on time. Once submitted to check any discrepancies in the renewed license against the documents in system and inform the customer about the same.
 To assist officer in cleanup projects to ensure good quality of data
 To provide required MIS to officer on regular basis
 Handle queries raised by internal customers.
 Ensure to carryout technical verification of cheques in ICCS as per OP
 Assisting Preferred Customers of the bank with all banking related queries.
 Cross selling the banks products & services.(Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Personal Loans)
 Promoting business for the bank by maintaining good customer relations.
 Ensuring the high standards of customer service in the branch.
