Kasper joined Founders House in 2015 and ran it from 2016, he has been a important part of fine-tuning Founders House to what it is today. On a daily basis he helps ensure The Creators Community maintains a consistent trajectory of growth. Previously he has been part of two exits and have experience with starting his own company.
He was General Manager in Founders House before and while the merger took place, now moved to the main organisation afterwards.

In 2019 I negotiated and oversaw the sale of Founders House's shares in Aspace, back to the founder.

March´16-Dec´16 I got the position as interim GM and from Dec´16 until Aug'18 I got the opportunity to take over the position.

Responsibilities:
- Connectivity to the startup community
- Overseeing all administrative functions. 
- Overall responsible for Profit & Loss 
- Partner identification, negotiations and maintenance 
- External and Internal representative of Founders House and Startup Village
- In charge of a productive and engaged team of 3-5 people

Notable achievements in our team:
- Increased the profit by 126%
- Merged with the biggest coworking space in Norway (MESH) and created TheCreatorsCommunity
- 2017 - Won the best coworking space in Denmark and The Nordics (Nordic Startup Awards)
- 2018 - Nominated for the Copenhagen Business Award in the category of Innovation
- Established partner relations to some of the biggest VC's in Europe like Index Ventures 
- Created additional revenue channels within our core-products

Founders House is a shared invitation-only workspace for ambitious technology startups and experienced tech entrepreneurs.

I joined April 2015 and started expanding Founders House with Zenia Francker, to yet another floor in Startup Village.

Responsibilities:
- Running Founders House as part of a small team 
- Forecasting revenue budgets – and realising these
- Finances
- Optimizing the operations in a hands-on manner
- Development, execution, monitoring and optimising the communication strategy
- Managing and being the liaison between Founders House and financial partners

Some of the employees from Onfone was brought on Morten Strunge's new project, Mofibo.

Responsibilities:
- Together with Tai Kjeldsen, we answered the backlog of customer cares questions and started to build the customer care department.
- After the CC was established I brought in a CC teamleader from Onfone to take over the department
- Together with Tai Kjeldsen we started to build up the sales department
