-Hired as a sales representative and promoted after 9 months to manager. During my tenure as manager, headcount and loan volume grew 3x, funded volume grew from $1 billion to $10 billion, conversion increased from 22% to 36%, and direct team was top 10% of 126 sales teams at the organization. 
-Developed processes for the team, including but not limited to: workflows, training, incentives and performance metrics specific to purchase mortgages. 
-Oversaw day-to-day business operations related to sales and customer experience. Managed anywhere from 7-18 individual contributors during tenure, providing continuous feedback and coaching on metrics, calls, and longer-term career goals.  
-Interviewed sales candidates, created training materials, facilitated continuing learning, and worked cross-functionally with enablement team to ensure new hires were onboarded successfully. 
-Managed top performers and was consistently one of the highest performing sales teams on partnerships. Instituted a sales metrics program in weekly sales meetings aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity.
-Presented metric performance and reporting analytics for promotions including participation, effectiveness, and behaviors research to senior management on quarterly basis.
