TALENT ACQUISITION 
*Solely responsible for hiring 90 new hires in less than 3 years*
Recruit, interview, manage, and close candidates for every role in the company
Manage and facilitate the hiring process from the application phase to negotiating and closing candidates.
Partner with CEO on hiring priorities, objectives, budget, and timeline
Provide guidance and counsel to hiring managers and interview teams

HR ADMINISTRATION
Member of the Senior Leadership Team
Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, from new hire onboarding to annual performance reviews and performance calibration, to promotions and succession planning.
Participate in the development of the organization's plans and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people
Establishes credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues. 
Create and update the Employee Handbook which covers the company’s mission, values, policies, and procedures
Analyze key HR metrics 

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Provide guidance to managers regarding employee relation matters; prepare necessary documentation; manage the separation process and handle sensitive issues
Coordinate and execute employee development initiatives, including performance management plans, internal and external employee training, coaching, and mentoring 
Work closely with Directors and VP’s on career mapping and growth opportunities within their teams

BENEFITS, PAYROLL, WORKERS COMP, AND 401K ADMINISTRATION 
Manage benefits administration and benchmarking to remain competitive within the market.
Manage 401K administration and reporting
Work closely with Accounting to process payroll, run various reports, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Director of Human Resources

Individually responsible for the hiring of over 70 people in less than 2 years
Define, create, and implement Talent Strategy process to identify, attract and retain top talent
Sole Talent Acquisition Manager  supporting 8 different departments
Collaborate with C-level executives to understand current and future talent needs
Manage recruiting process through entire candidate life cycle, from talent identification to interviewing, offer negotiation, reference and background checking, as well as onboarding and retention
Provide structure and guidance into talent management processes to streamline and develop stronger efficiencies
Maintain talent profiles and manage candidate flow in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Interview new and existing talent via email, phone, and onsite interviews
Create engaging recruitment and branding collateral as well as social media strategy
Responsible for identifying and organizing company wide volunteer opportunities in the local community
Network with industry professionals through channels including social media, industry memberships, professional contacts, and networking events
Manage a busy calendar including scheduling meetings, conference calls, interviews, social obligations and travel arrangements

Talent Acquisition Manager

Oversee daily operations of HR Department, which includes Recruiting, Benefits, 401(k), Employee Relations, Retention, and Corporate Events and Programs
Manage  and actively participate in all recruiting efforts: hired over 75 people in 18 months
Responsible for creating and implementing a scalable hiring process, new hire orientation, company orientation, and onsite and offsite company events
Create and deliver manager training sessions on best practices for interviewing/onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations
Work directly with CFO/CEO on hiring and key performance initiatives

HR and Talent Manager

Solely responsible for the sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding and retention of our diverse staff of engineers, designers, product managers, and project managers: over 90 new hires in less than 20 months.
Created and implemented first ever New Hire Orientation which now happens quarterly.
Identify and execute on retention ideas such as date of hire anniversaries, birthday recognition, and offsite events for team building and morale.
Initiate and execute company-wide one-on-one meetings between supervisors and their direct reports.
Work directly with VP's and C-level execs to identify and fill new positions as well as retain current workforce.
Point of contact for employee conflict resolution.
Negotiate and manage relationships with all external recruiters and agencies.
Point of contact for all candidates and vendors.
Organize, attend, and debrief career fairs at University of California (Berkeley), Stanford, and California  College of the Arts
Create and manage Summer Internship program (4-6 Interns).
Schedule and conduct exit interviews.

As the Head of People, I oversee all aspects of Talent, Acquisition, Performance Management, Leadership Development, and Culture.

My background as a psychotherapist has given me a unique perspective and skill set to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. I have successfully scaled four different tech startups from early growth to M&A phase, implementing innovative and effective talent strategies and programs. I am also highly skilled and effective in conflict resolution, coaching, and feedback. My mission is to create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and creativity at eHouse Studio.
