Kat Garcia (Kathleen Garcia-Manjarres) is the co-founder & co-CEO of Ground - the AI-powered platform helping consumer companies uncover untapped revenue. She previously invested, built, and scaled consumer companies alongside some of the world’s most influential companies at BCG Digital Ventures. Combining her experience as the interim Head of Growth for ventures, and consulting at Accenture, she has supported the biggest players from the likes of Essilor-Luxxotica, AMEX, Neiman Marcus, OXXO, and many more. Prior to working in the world of business, she spent a decade working in the entertainment industry as a television actress and independent recording artist. In 2016, she was the opening act for Young Money. Kat has been a content creator since 2006 with a passion for all things creative and analytical bridging both worlds through technology.
