Our purpose is to help ambitious brands maximise their return on investment through performance marketing – supporting their teams (or agencies) in identifying opportunity and revolutionising performance. ​

We focus on turnaround projects with clients, to help them drastically improve their performance either with their team/agency or ourselves. The length of these projects is defined by the clients needs.

I am the training and development lead at Periscopix for the programmatic department.

This role entails leading and developing all new joiner account managers and ensuring best practice is met for longer standing account manager development. I am also responsible for cross department education throughout the company. This means ensuring any new platform developments and optimisation techniques that could benefit our campaign management are shared across the departments. 

My background in both search & programmatic display allows me to take a holistic view across digital at Periscopix, ensuring opportunities across the channels are maximised.
