•	Orchestrated a successful transition to HR payroll systems for over 150 employees
•	Leveraged Workday for streamlined employee data management, cost centers, and position tracking
•	As the primary point of contact, I addressed HR and operational queries for our 300+ employees

•	Earned trust as a workplace mediator, guiding potential leavers
