Broad industry experience across healthcare and construction, including but not limited to 15 years solid experience in IT, Telecom, Networking, and Low Voltage systems and 10 years of project management success delivering multiple concurrent wide-scale technical and functional projects from conception through development and deployment. As an Entrepreneur and Investor, I participate in a handful of multifamily projects, including small-lot subdivision development in North Hollywood, CA, and ground-up development in Jacksonville, FL. I’ve flipped a handful of houses, restored multiple historic homes, and maintained a portfolio of single-family home rentals in the Midwest and Southeast. My real estate endeavors have given me substantial experience in asset and property management. I’m an accomplished project and program manager certified in PgMP, PMP, CSM, and PfMP.
