I've spent every single holiday dinner for the past 10 years or so trying to help my relatives understand the basics of what I do for a living. Some of my favorite summaries so far have been: "You're a blogger." "You put stuff on the internet." "You're a writer but not, like, books." Sort of...but not quite. Here's the gist: I'm a full-time freelance writer who specializes in creating long-form online content (primarily blog posts and ebooks) for software clients in the careers, human resources, productivity, project management, and business ownership spaces. I have a knack for writing content that's approachable, conversational, and engaging but simultaneously ranks well in SERPs (go ahead and Google "SMART goals" or "STAR interview method" if you need proof 😉).
