In 2012, I pioneered remote I-9 employment eligibility verifications, introducing the use of a notary public as an Authorized Representative for out-of-state employee verifications. Seeing policy changes, the need to protect employment data, and increased burdens placed on HR and Administrative professionals, I formed I2I Hires. Before I2I Hires I worked as a Consultant, Director, Manager of HR, and Recruiter in small business start-ups that included commercial, government contracting, and nonprofit organizations. All positions were hands-on roles and built from the ground up. In my last role, I built out 13 start-up companies HR and generated >$500k 💰in revenue over four years. In each of the 13 companies, I was the primary HR point of contact--working directly with employees, managers, business owners, and executives. I drafted, revised, and created custom employee handbooks and standard operating procedures, managed benefits, onboarded new employees, owned employee and client questions, ensured government contractor compliance, and more! A soup-to-nuts position X 13! ☺️ Not to mention I worked on one-off HR consulting projects and built out the company's (my employer's) HR Payroll ATS Solution SaaSHR as a service offering. Whew! So, I took a break! And at the same time, powered through some DIFFICULT life moments. But life is about resilience!
