-	Being responsible for establishing the team's new internal client and staff systems

-	Presenting tailored training to my peers (including my superiors) about the systems that I had initiated 

-	Served as a committee member on the ‘E-filing Initiative’, assisting the firm's national leadership team on the assessment of the firm's systems and its options to increase technological support and efficiency. The initiative was a key part of firm's five-year strategic plan, with the commercial driver being to assist in ‘future-proofing’ the firm and its practitioners.
