I was responsible for each dog's safety during our solo and group walks. I connected with new and current clients to make sure all their needs were met. I was also responsible for handling cash and invoices, as well as having access to each client's home keys in order to be able to pick the dogs up. I am very 'outdoorsy' and absolutely loved this job, however I had to give it up due to relocation.

I was responsible for processing deliveries into the store and placing the stock on hangers. I served customers to the best of my ability and am fully till-trained and confident with processing returns, refunds and exchanges.

Hi there! I'm Kate, I'm currently an Customer Campaign Strategist at Buzz Education in Chorley. I've got a Bachelor's Degree in English and graduated in 2020 from Bishop Grosseteste University in Lincoln. I've also got a Masters Degree in English combined with History and graduated in 2021 from Edge Hill University in Lancashire. 

A little about me... 
I am extremely organised and driven. I am always passionate about my work and give 100% to any project that I am working on. I love working in a team but am also really comfortable working alone. I'll take on any challenge I am given and try to be as resilient as possible! 

I absolutely love dogs and have been a dog walker in the past! I love the outdoors and take any opportunity to go hiking or camping!
