I've been working in customer service-related fields for a little over twenty years, with well over half of that being in a call center environment. I've been there from terminal servers on a mainframe to tablets and smartphones, and I love how the industry grows and changes constantly to adapt to new technology and changing customer needs. I've shifted into a data management role to learn more about using technology to serve our customers.
