Advisory/Consulting - Banking and Capital Markets. Client - First Financial Bancorp. Consultant for FDIC assisted acquisitions. 100% travel. 

- Skilled in ASC 310-30 (SOP 03-3) accounting, M&A integration, technology development, and accounting systems conversions. Managed the month end close processes and helped reduce that time by 10 days. Prepared monthly/quarterly financial reports for disclosures and forecasting purposes. Assisted with 3rd party audit support. Assisted in analysis of cash flow projections and results.

Audit - Retail & Consumer, Technology and Defense industries. Clients included Colgate-Palmolive, Broadsoft Inc., Vovici, Vangent, Inc., L3 Communications

- Focus on financial statement consolidation, debt & derivatives, goodwill and intangilbes, financial statement disclosures, AR/AP, and software revenue recognition.

Audit - Non-Profit organizations. Client - New York Medical College (NYMC)

- Led the A-133 audit and managed the team to ensure deadlines and filing dates were met. Responsible for testing student eligibility and grants.
