I am a connector, maximizer and forward-thinker who likes to uplift people and support them in the work they do. I currently serve as Partner, Business Development at Rockwood Equity Partners, a private investment firm focused on the lower middle market. I have 25+ years of experience in finance, investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development and board membership, working with manufacturing, value-added distribution, and industrial service businesses in select regulated industries. At Rockwood, I lead the deal sourcing strategy and execution, cultivating intermediary and advisor relationships, developing proprietary deal sources, expanding our Rockwood River Guide® network, overseeing our CRM and other platforms for deal origination, marketing and social media, reviewing investment opportunities, managing deal flow, and serving as an investment committee and board member on select transactions. I am also passionate about biomimicry, the practice of learning from and emulating nature's strategies, as well as global initiatives around people, exploration, the environment and education.
