My childhood ambition was to be an archeologist and uncover rare and exceptional artifacts. Who knew the valuable treasure I would end up finding is exceptional people to meet the talent needs of discerning clients? I started my journey with an Engineering degree from Tufts University and use my technical roots and enthusiasm for data analysis to practice the art and science of talent acquisition. My career has encompassed sales, consulting, business management, and recruiting, with 16 years using all my skills to manage the recruiting practice for S. Benjamins & Co. When the opportunity arose to leverage my passion for people and business expertise to take over the search business for S. Benjamins and launch my own company, TalentWell, I jumped at it. Offering comprehensive talent search and recruiting services, TalentWell helps great people and clients find each other so both can flourish. When not digging for extraordinary people, I can be found relaxing at our summer cottage in Sweden.
