My primary focus over the last 12 months has been to bring together an amazing team of sales people from Avecto, BeyondTrust and Bomgar, embed new sales methodologies and coach individuals to maintain momentum and performance during a time of intense change.  It's been quite a ride and a privilege to be on the journey!

As Head of Sales for Enterprise, I defined the Enterprise strategy for the Assurance Group, recruited a brand new team of vertically aligned Strategic Client Directors to deliver it and introduced a new sales and proposal methodology across all sales teams to prioritize customer understanding and value.

I managed and developed the Enterprise business unit including a team of Account Directors, Senior Account Executives and Technical Account Managers who in turn managed the company's top Enterprise accounts.  

Major Successes:

- Nominated for Sales Leader of the Year in FY13
- Chosen by the Experian Exec to lead roll out of new SPIN sales methodology across Experian
- The highest NPS customer satisfaction score across Experian Data Quality

Dual Role: Sales Manager (Jul 2012 – Dec 2012)
During this time I also managed a team of people covering Business Services and Healthcare. The team covered all levels and size of accounts and comprised of Account Directors, Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.   As an interim role, my objective was to restructure and realign the team to support the future strategy of the business.

Head of Enterprise Sales 

As the Government, then Healthcare Account Director I was responsible for growing our revenues within the largest single vertical within the Experian Data Quality Enterprise Business.  

I managed a direct and virtual team and developed and maintained the sector business plan.  This included formulating and planning our sector value propositions and ensuring we had a clear vision for the future engagement in this market.

In this role it was essential that I maintain a deep understanding of the Healthcare market, the changes taking place, the opportunities this facilitated and the major players to engage with both within the NHS, private sector healthcare organisations and key System Integrators.  In fact it was the relationships that I had within these organisations that facilitated an extraordinary FY11, FY12 and a positive outlook for growth in FY13 and beyond.

My 10 years at MSoft, journeying from tech startup to market leader, is where I gained my broadest experience.  

As Director of a startup which specialised in eCommerce and Health & Social Care solutions, I had involvement in all areas of the business.  This taught me valuable lessons in financial control, commercial and legal negotiations, how to mentor and motivate people with very different objectives (from technical to sales) and finally how to build strategic initiatives and plan for growth.

I also learned the importance of building and maintaining good working relationships both internally and externally with clients and suppliers.  Good customers allowed MSoft to break into new markets and good internal operations and working teams allowed us to conquer those markets.

My time at MSoft also taught me to be truly interested in my customers and their markets, a lesson I use every day.

Account Manager (Aug 1998 - Jun 1999) - Successfully achieved over target as Account Manager, managing elements of The Post Office account throughout their Y2K IT replacement programme.

Bid Manager (Aug 1997 – Aug 1998) - I was responsible for setting up and coordinating the bid team, managing all bid activities for tenders worth over £1 million.

I am a self-proclaimed sales competency framework superfan, and the CEO and co-founder of e4enable, a platform that helps sales enablers identify and close the gaps in their sales teams and measure their true impact.

I have a proven track record of building, developing, and managing high-performing sales teams in the cyber security, technology, and data sectors. As a certified SPIN trainer, I am skilled in coaching and empowering sales professionals to deliver value and solutions to their customers. My mission is to enable enablers to elevate their sales performance and results.
