I am a millennial, cisgendered, able-bodied Black woman. I am a child of God, youngest daughter, baby sister, auntie, and Godmother that has a passion for bridging communication gaps across all audiences. I am a Towson University graduate with a degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations and a professional background in small business and entrepreneurial consulting. I am a communicator that brings energy, empathy, and emotion into each connection, especially in my current role as the Lead Client Success Account Manager at The Winters Group. I have the pleasure of serving as a liaison between clients and The Winters Group by cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the entire lifecycle of the engagement, while ensuring high levels of satisfaction. I have provided speaking engagements and workshops that provide insight to effective and intentional communication, including grant and loan exposure, public speaking practice, and audience influence. Intertwined with my love for communication is background working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This work has involved assistance with personal, social, and career coaching and goal setting, but her true reward has been building long-lasting friendships.
