I never knew that the hardest times in my life were preparing me for a life that I love and am so grateful for... Failing my first year of Engineering was the lesson I needed to be an Entrepreneur. It taught me that there is not such thing as failure... I am just iterating to success. And I successfully became a P.Eng... Watching my colleagues and friends go through recession layoffs and fearing every day that I would be next when I had my first baby on the way and observing how leaders handled the situation led me to believe with all my soul, there is a better way to do business. I believed so strongly that with my friend and business partner Adam...we started ENTA, where we animated business culture through business improvements and team building. Almost losing our company and only having 3 months to keep it alive during the pandemic... challenged us to by dynamic, shift our perceptions and test us. We learned to embrace the power of connection through digital platforms and ended up growing our business 5X over the next three years. Now we help others amplify their culture through meaningful digital connection, video storytelling and social media. Finding out that my unborn daughter had a tumor and being rushed for an emergency induction. Having to watch her little body heal after surgery and finally finding out that she will be okay... taught me about gratitude and what is important in life. Every day, I wake up with gratitude and abundance. I am grateful for my amazing family, friends, and team, who light up my life every day, whether in my home office or at the studio. I am having the absolute time of my life!
