A veteran of American Express, J.P. Morgan Chase, HSBC, RBS and Deutsche Bank/DWS, I have 20 years' experience in senior (ExCo-1) financial marketing management roles in the buy-side, the sell-side and transaction banking. I am now supporting clients in financial services and technology. I have worked with start-ups, investors, and an IP law firm. I have covered verticals such as energy, commodities, healthcare, and commercial property in my previous roles. Some of my core competencies are the ability to distill opaque, complex data into compelling, actionable information, manage matrixed stakeholder relationships, and rally multi-disciplinary teams around strategic objectives. I am interested in using coaching methodologies to build diverse, resilient teams, in management settings and at board level. I am experienced at working in committees to meet the requirements of a UK-regulated entity, including the Three Lines of Defence model of governance.
