If you're interested in working with me, it's important you know this: I'm equal parts sharp-minded consultant (ex-global consulting firm) and probing, professionally certified coach. You don’t often find both in one person. I bring IQ and EQ – it’s a powerful combo. The whole Neon thing was born from an exercise I did on a leadership programme in 2012. We were on a life raft and had to improvise a pitch about why we should be saved. I talked about spray painting the world with colour, turning grey to neon. And so Neon was born. I left my corporate consulting job a few months later, and here I am twelve years on. There are six reasons for contacting me: 1.
