Prior to joining Phrasee as VP, global marketing, I spent many (many) years offering strategic comms and content strategy and support to some of the most exciting and progressive tech brands. Launching salesforce.com in Europe sparked a passion for working with entrepreneurs and transformative CEOs that has continued to grow over the years. Following 12 years as part of the team which grew LEWIS from start-up to a global agency, I spent nine years as MD of Bite, part of the Next Fifteen Group. The 50-strong agency developed a reputation for exceptional storytelling and comms, joining up client PR, brand & marketing activities for greater impact. As well as global companies like BAE Systems, GoDaddy, Sage and Telefonica, Bite attracted some of the hottest Valley brands and the team launched Canary, Nest, Quip and WeWork in the UK. Working as a consultant gave me some fantastic in-house experience not least at Phrasee. I am incredibly proud to now lead the global marketing effort for this awesome company, Phrasee is an AI-powered SaaS platform that revolutionizes customer experiences through Brand Language Optimization. We combine the world’s most advanced artificial intelligence and computational linguistics as the only provider in the world to generate, optimize, automate, and analyze language in real time. Phrasee’s customer list is a who’s who of global brands and we have an amazing story to tell. On a personal level, career highlights include winning the PRWeek and the CIPR’s Young Communicator of the year awards (when young!) and for ten years being an active member of the Byte Night board, an annual charity event which raised over £10m for Action for Children.
