This role covered all statutory and commercial aspects of finance. 

The key tasks included:

- Daily cashflow management 
- Restructuring the team to make it fit for purpose, which encompassed FP&A and financial control 
- Business partnering with all areas to ensure finance is at the forefront of decision making. 
- Managing and improving weekly reporting and KPI's.

This role was responsible for all commercial and statutory elements of a multi-site business. 

The key tasks included: 
- Implementing the correct accounting policy for WIP
- Managing month end, audit and all other statutory duties. 
- Managing a project to clear aged debt 
- Management of cashflow flow 
- Automating the newly implemented accounting software to increase efficiency.

This role encompassed both statutory and commercial elements on finance. 

Key tasks included:
- Working with Operations and the Managing Director to formulate the strategy for the business.
- Partnering with the business on bids and pricing strategies. 
- Assessing bid opportunities for international tax implications 
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and the 5 year plan.

This role was responsible for all elements of statutory financial reporting 

Key tasks in this role included: 

- Implementation and improvement of processes and controls, including balance sheet 
   reconciliations, to ensure month end ran smoothly and efficiently. 
- Improvements to month end reporting to ensure relevant opportunities and risks are highlighted.
- Implementing finance for non-finance training. 
- Being the technical "go to" person for all advice, including implementing of IFRS16
- Business partnering with all departments.
