* Dynamic and newly created role serving an international employee population of over 500 from US support office
* Provided HR program and project support via executing on assigned tasks ranging from new hire experience and onboarding to administration of leave of absences for employee population (FMLA and personal).
* Drove internal diversity, equity, and belonging (DEI) survey initiative through owning survey configuration and build, launch, communications, respondent support, and internal reporting.
* Owned, supported, and executed departmental and office wide event planning and logistics via vendor sourcing and analysis, contract negotiation, day-of production and support, and administrative tasks throughout. 
* Crafted and delivered internal and external communications such as company-wide announcements as well as new hire communications and Glassdoor responses.

* Revamped new hire experience program by partnering across 11 global teams up to the SVP level to provide company-wide, engaging educational content on a rotating, quarterly basis. 
* Drove and helped deliver 2 internal department training opportunities – via Korn Ferry and Recruiting Toolbox.
* Maintained positive and collaborative vendor relationships with 3 external vendors and participated in renewal and procurement process.
