Built dynamic, custom dashboards providing analytics on academic and organizational data for a district with 90,000 students and 11,000 employees. Worked with internal stakeholders to determine KPIs and translate complex data into actionable visualizations and reports.  
- Led the UI redesign for 18 publicly available dashboards by authoring a district-wide style guide, ensuring a cohesive and accessible user experience
- Managed the development and maintenance of three new dashboards for Fulton’s Balanced Scorecard, resulting in real-time tracking of KPIs

Led the operation and staff development for 25 staff members and 350 learners, including scheduling, programming, internal and external communication, hiring and staff evaluation, instruction, assessments, special events and fundraising. 
- Designed and facilitated multiple versions of staff training on key functions of our primary organizational software and authored supplemental resource guide, resulting in 100% of staff utilizing the program successfully 
- Supported 35 learning facilitators annually in the administration of our LMS, including user management, content sharing, assessment, and learner progress, resulting in 100% of clients accessing learning through the platform
- Led a team of curriculum developers and training facilitators, modeling a commitment to outcomes and learner experience that resulted in a 175% increase of learners meeting expected outcomes
