With years of expertise as a Corporate Receptionist/Front-of-House ambassador, I have enjoyed honing my client relations and administrative support skills to provide high-quality assistance to individuals at all levels. Throughout my career, I have cultivated and nurtured relationships with over 200 internal and external customers, directors, and C-level executives in the Financial Services and commercial sectors. During my years at Dimension Data (NTT) and more recently with Fidelity, I helped users with their requirements, demonstrated the video conferencing facilities, meeting room bookings and assisted users in connecting their devices to the company’s Wi-Fi to achieve their daily objectives. Achievement at Dimension Data (NTT) • I received Best Customer Service award from the Chief Financial Officer in 2011 at Dimension Data (NTT) company event. More recently at Fidelity International: • I collaborated with the event coordinator to organise two Tech Event Roadshows, demonstrating technology to 100+ users and increasing their knowledge in September 2022 at Fidelity. • I co-created an 11-slide PowerPoint deck for senior management to track the progress of the Roadshow journey in September 2022 at Fidelity. • I was assigned a ‘pop-ups’ project for their Kingswood 23 conference rooms creating user-friendly instructions on how to use the Zoom tech for calls in an effective manner from May-Sept ’22 at Fidelity.
