Responsible for overseeing operations, business development, and overall P&L responsibility for a multi-million dollar operation. Grew the operations from 2 to 10 people and then merged with the U.S. office in 2021 to form a strong North American region. Responsible for recruiting a variety of I.T. consulting roles including Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers
for Calgary and Toronto.
Hired a Client Principal for Calgary within the first 3 months.
Work with People Leads from all regions on a variety of Human Resource initiatives. 
Partnered with the Managing Director to complete the Spring 2010 review process. Delivered feedback from performance reviews and communicated increases.
Coordinated a corporate volunteer day with ThoughtWorkers for the 
Cassie Campbell Hockey tournament.

Involved in employee relations and engagement activities to ensure optimal retention levels and employee satisfaction.

Utilize a variety of creative recruiting methods to attract talent including networking events and sites such as Linked In
Partner with marketing on strategies to attract and retain top talent
Involved in a variety of HR activities including employee relations, compensation, exit interviews, terminations, and assisting with the Career Mentor program
Responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of the Administrative Assistant and Receptionist for the Calgary office
Act as an advisor to the Senior Management team regarding HR issues

Regional HR Manager

The best thing that ever happened to me is landing in the recruitment industry. Like a lot of my industry peers, I didn't know that recruitment was a 'thing' in school. When I found this industry a few (20 some) years ago I fell in love with the idea of being able to help people land in new roles, find new opportunities and help candidates achieve their career goals.
