Working "under the hood" to provide silo-less communication, smooth operations and seamless growth for our IT team....it's all about people + processes. Some of the tasks / projects I worked on:

* Framed up and co-created "NomNom EDU", a Udemy training course designed to help onboard new engineers on our "NomNom" accelerator. 

* Provided engineering operations support (ie. access to legacy Hathway Confluence, Frontend Masters, Udemy, OlO, etc.). Point person for general questions for Dining BU Engineering teams. Participated in post-mortem/RCA reviews.

* Stood up the BountyBoard, a place for engineers with available time to pick up low-impact tasks. Coordinated BB grooming sessions as needed.

* Coordinated TECH Talks & Client Tech Deep Dives as well as special sessions. ES Team Chats and Dining Engineering "Happy Hour"; 

* Projects (BitBucket migration, LastPass (now defunct), gamification of NNEDU, 3rd party integration source list for devs);

* Monitored & confirmed Engineering / Product Manager signoffs on release & hotfix checklists daily;

* Coordinated / attended Dining Engineering meetings, QA / Engineering syncs, DevOps / Engineering syncs, Leads meetings, CES team, and Go! Interactive (UKR contractors) meetings.

* Process improvement: weekly Engineering / Product Sync, bi-weekly Leadership Roundtable meetings, work across QA / Engineering / Leadership and the business (Product, Project, Account Management) to communicate changes, gather information, facilitate velocity.

I recruited for positions across IT,  engaging and landing the talent needed to continue to grow.

Executive search at Huntington Bank, which acquired TCF Bank. With others, developed a recruiting model for a branded, agency-like executive search process for Huntington. Collaborated with peers post-merger to help displaced TCF and HB workers land in the new organization.

Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant

TCF Bank

Recruited for TCF Bank's IT organization, which was being transformed to Agile/Kanban. Evolved TCF's employer brand via hackathons, product days and regular social media updates.

In addition to recruiting and the IT cultural transformation, co-chaired the Diversity & Inclusion Council for Talent Acquisition., creating hiring and recruiting toolkits for managers and Talent Acquisition. Implemented a 'Weekly D&I Thought' email drip campaign for TA, along with a weekly salon series, where TA team members could drop in and discuss ideas, movies about diversity, and deepen their awareness.
