I am a higher education Director of Student Affairs with a strong Wellness Advocacy approach. I have earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology, Health and Physical Education, and a Masters of Science degree in Health Education, as well as several certifications related to health and wellness practices. I have 12 years of experience designing and implementing wellness curriculums and programs aimed at empowerment and education for individuals, and their families, of a wide range of ages and abilities. In my current role I serve graduate and professional students in various capacities that assist in their success while in our programs and in preparation for their careers. I am an Airman in an Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron of the Air National Guard.
