As a CSM at CloudBees, I act as an external project and resource manager for our customers in relation to their overall success with CloudBees Jenkins solutions. The involves (but is not limited to):
*Developing CloudBees' Partner/Customer Relationship model
*Onboarding and facilitating training for new customers.
*Developing success plans and aligning our resources to help customers meet their business goals.
*Assisting our support engineers with open tickets as needed and escalating urgent issues.
*Working internally with sales, renewal management, support, engineering and product to advocate for customers and mobilize resources for their benefit. 
*Meeting regularly with customers to understand product adoption and refine success plans (occasionally onsite).
*Participating in technical training to better understand/speak to DevOps and CloudBees Jenkins

Customer Success Manager

 Interact daily with customers via the phone, conference calls, and interactive support tickets to solve their needs with CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise software
 Create knowledge base articles for our customers so they can resolve their issues without the need of submitting a support ticket
 Write groovy scripts to diagnose customer issues
 Focus on performance based issue diagnosis and resolution 
 Manage daily tasks using JIRA and Confluence
 Submit software bugs and requests for enhancement via JIRA for our engineering teams to review
